Dr. Tanen is board-certified in Emergency Medicine and Medical Toxicology. His background includes emergency medicine and toxicology practice, teaching, research, leadership, and military medical service.
How we approach expert work
Each inquiry is screened for the medical questions presented, the requested assignment, conflicts, qualifications, availability, jurisdiction, and deadlines. Our conclusions are developed independently from the available evidence and may or may not support the retaining party’s position.
We accept assignments from plaintiff and defense counsel. Nationwide matters are considered, subject to case fit, conflicts, scheduling, and engagement terms.
